Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions like SAP and Salesforce within Global Business Applications. The role reports to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery and supports large-scale initiatives across IT and QA teams.

The position is hybrid, based in Madrid or Wroclaw with two remote days per week, and requires a strong background in CSV, GxP regulations, and enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in GxP requirements and guidelines like 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex11.
• Fluent English, other languages are a plus.
• Experience with SAP/SFDC or similar enterprise systems across IT and QA.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review validation documents and traceability matrices across SDLC.
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams and align with QA and Compliance.
• Drive improvements to CSV standards and testing approaches for major initiatives like S/4HANA.
• Coordinate local CSV/QA representatives to meet global compliance requirements.
• Deliver training and coaching on CSV standards and test approaches.
