Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validation of enterprise applications like SAP and Salesforce as part of Global Business Applications. You will lead CSV programs, ensure compliance with GxP standards, and guide project teams through SDLC activities.

You will partner with QA, IT, and business stakeholders, support audits, and help shape test strategy for S/4HANA initiatives. The role requires 10+ years in CSV/QA, strong regulatory knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management.
• Leadership role for at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex11.
• Experience with SAP/enterprise applications.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Validate and review CSV documentation across SDLC with stakeholders.
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement of CSV standards within IT and QA.
• Define and implement Test Management strategies for major initiatives like S/4HANA.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Test Management and Compliance teams to align deliverables.
