Job summary

Straumann Group seeks an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software delivery across SAP, Salesforce and other enterprise applications. You will enable global test management within Global Business Applications and lead cross-functional teams across IT and QA.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in CSV/QM/Test/PM with leadership experience and deep knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and GAMP 5. Fluency in English is essential; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in GxP requirements and guidelines like 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP 5.
Understanding and establishing GxP regulations, CSV and documentation best practices in regulated industries.
Strong Project- & Test management skills with the ability to deliver compliant, solution-oriented outputs.
Familiar with multiple software development methodologies and adapting them for CSV.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across IT, QA and external partners.
Fluency in English; other languages are a plus (DE).

Responsibilities

Manage and review validation documentation across SDLC with stakeholders.
Provide CSV guidance to project teams during implementations.
Improve CSV standards and regulatory compliance in line with IT and QA.
Define, drive, and implement Test Management for Business Applications (e.g., SAP)
Coordinate local CSV/QA representatives to meet global CSV requirements.
Provide training and coaching on CSV standards and testing approaches.
Collaborate with SAP and other Business Application stakeholders to ensure project quality.
Participate in audits when needed.
