Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a seasoned CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validation and testing across Global Business Applications, including SAP and Salesforce. You will shape CSV strategy, guide project teams, and ensure regulatory compliance in a global IT landscape.

You will report to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery, and work in a hybrid setup with two remote days per week across Madrid and Wroclaw. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, QM or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in GxP requirements and guidelines like 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex11.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review validation documentation across SDLC with stakeholders.
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of CSV standards and alignment with IT and QA.
• Define and implement Test Management for Business Applications and major initiatives.
• Coordinate with QA, compliance teams to align deliverables with CSV guidelines.
• Train and coach stakeholders on CSV standards and testing approaches.
• Collaborate with SAP and other business stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality.
• Participate in internal and external audits as needed.
