Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead in a hybrid Madrid/Wroclaw setting. You will drive validation and test strategies for SAP and other enterprise applications, ensuring compliance with GxP and regulatory standards.

The role requires 10+ years in CSV/QM/Test/PM with leadership experience, fluency in English, and a strategic mindset to guide cross-functional teams through validation activities across the global IT landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in GxP requirements and guidelines like 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex11.
• Understanding and establishing GxP regulations, CSV and documentation best practices in regulated industries.
• Fluent English spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review validation documentation (SDLC) with stakeholders.
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams on validation.
• Continuously improve CSV standards with IT and QA alignment.
• Define, drive and implement Test Management for Business Applications (e.g., S/4HANA).
• Partner with QA, Test Management and Compliance teams to align deliverables.
• Coordinate local CSV and QA reps to meet global CSV requirements.
• Provide training and coaching on CSV standards and test approaches.
• Collaborate with IT/SAP and other Business Application stakeholders.
• Participate in internal and external audits as needed.
