Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validation and testing for enterprise applications like SAP and Salesforce. You will shape global CSV standards, align with QA and Compliance, and support S/4HANA initiatives within a hybrid Madrid/Wroclaw setup with two remote days per week.

You will report to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery and lead teams across IT, QA, and business units to ensure compliant, high-quality

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management, with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex11 for validated systems.
• Experience governing enterprise applications and CSV standards across IT and QA.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English fluent; other languages are a plus (German).

Responsibilities

• Lead validation governance for CSV and Test Management across enterprise apps.
• Review and maintain SDLC validation documents and traceability.
• Drive continuous CSV improvement and regulatory readiness.
• Define and implement Test Management for SAP and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Coordinate with QA, Compliance, and IT stakeholders globally.
