Job summary

Straumann Group is hiring an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions across SAP, Salesforce and other enterprise applications. You will report to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery and lead global CSV programs.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, stakeholder communication, and a track record of improving validation processes in a global, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management with leadership exposure.
• Deep understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP5 and Annex11.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review validation documentation across SDLC with stakeholders.
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams on validation.
• Improve CSV standards and compliance with IT and QA.
