Job summary
Straumann Group is seeking an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validation for SAP, Salesforce and other enterprise applications within Global Business Applications. You will oversee compliance, strategy and delivery across IT, QA and regulatory teams.
In this role you will lead the definition and execution of test management, support audits, and coach stakeholders on CSV standards while coordinating global representatives to meet GxP requirements and project quality objectives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of CSV, QM, test and project management experience with leadership.
- Strong expertise in GxP requirements (21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, Annex11).
- Experience with validated enterprise systems and audits.
- Experience with SAP and S/4HANA is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead CSV and test management for SAP and other enterprise apps.
- Align validation with IT, QA, and compliance teams.
- Define and drive test management strategy across lifecycle.
- Coordinate global CSV compliance and audit readiness.
- Provide training and coaching on CSV standards.
- Collaborate with SAP and IT stakeholders.
