Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions like SAP and other enterprise applications. You will enable Global Test Management capabilities and lead CSV initiatives across the Global Business Applications department.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in CSV, QM, and project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, and strong GxP knowledge. Fluent English is required, with DE as an asset.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CSV, QM, Test and Project Management experience, incl. 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex 11 regulations for validated systems.
• Experience with enterprise applications like SAP, Salesforce or similar.
• Fluent English; other languages (DE) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation documentation across SDLC with stakeholders.
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams and ensure compliance.
• Improve CSV standards and regulatory alignment with IT and QA.
• Define and drive test management for business applications including S/4HANA.
• Coordinate with QA, Compliance and validation teams to align delivers.
• Coordinate local CSV/QA reps to meet global compliance needs.
• Provide training and coaching on CSV standards and testing approaches.
• Collaborate with SAP and other business application stakeholders to ensure quality.
• Participate in audits as needed.
