Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions like SAP, Salesforce and other enterprise applications. This hybrid role reports to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery, and requires deep CSV expertise and leadership.

You will guide validation strategies, align QA and compliance activities, and lead initiatives such as S/4HANA within the Global Business Applications function. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CSV, QM, Test and Project Management experience, with leadership
• Strong knowledge of GxP requirements and 21 CFR Part 11
• Experience with validated computerized systems and enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Validate and review SDLC documentation with stakeholders
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams
• Improve CSV standards and alignment with IT/QA
• Lead Test Management for Business Applications and major initiatives (e.g., S/4HANA)
• Coordinate CSV/QA across organization and with partners
• Deliver CSV training and coaching to stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT, SAP and business stakeholders for compliance
• Support internal/external audits as needed
