Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions across SAP, Salesforce and other enterprise applications. You will enable Global Test Management capabilities within Global Business Applications and report to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery.

The role requires strong CSV leadership, GxP compliance knowledge, and collaboration with IT and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in CSV, QM, test and project management with leadership
• Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GxP regulations and validation practices
• Experience in regulated industries and documentation best practices
• Proven ability to align CSV with IT and QA, and manage audits
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead validation documentation across SDLC with stakeholders
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams during implementations
• Drive continuous improvement of CSV standards and processes
• Define and implement test management for SAP/S/4HANA initiatives
• Coordinate global CSV compliance with QA and Compliance teams
• Coach stakeholders on CSV standards and testing approaches
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure project quality
• Participate in internal and external audits when required
