Job summary

Straumann Group seeks a CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions (SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise apps) within Global Business Applications. You will lead CSV programs, align with QA and Compliance, and support major initiatives across the organization.

The role reports to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery and requires deep CSV experience in regulated industries, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management with leadership experience
• Strong expertise in GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex11 for CSV
• Experience with regulated industries and validated documentation practices
• Fluent English; additional languages (DE) are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead validation activities and manage SDLC documentation with stakeholders
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams and ensure compliance
• Drive Test Management for SAP and other enterprise applications
• Collaborate with QA, Compliance and IT to align deliverables
• Coordinate audits and support regulatory inspections
• Train and mentor stakeholders on CSV standards and testing approaches
