Job summary

Straumann Group is seeking a seasoned CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions and enable global test management for Global Business Applications. You will report to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery.

The role focuses on ensuring CSV compliance for enterprise applications such as SAP and S/4HANA, coordinating with QA, IT and external partners, and driving continuous improvement in validation practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management with at least 2 years in leadership
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex11 requirements
• Experience establishing CSV and documentation best practices in regulated industries
• Strong project and test management skills and adaptability to compliance deliverables
• Familiar with multiple software development methodologies and adapting them for CSV
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across organization and with partners
• Resilience and ability to handle challenges
• Fluent English spoken and written; other languages are an asset (DE)

Responsibilities

• Manage and review validation documentation across SDLC with stakeholders
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams
• Improve CSV standards in line with IT and QA
• Define and drive test management for business applications and initiatives like S/4HANA
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Test Management and Compliance
• Coordinate local CSV and QA reps to meet global CSV requirements
• Provide training and coaching on CSV standards and test approaches
• Collaborate with IT SAP and other business app stakeholders to ensure compliance
• Participate in internal and external audits if needed
