Netenders, a global leader in wholesale blank apparel, invites a CRM/Marketing Automation specialist to own the customer lifecycle. You will optimize Klaviyo flows, lead scoring in Salesforce, and AI-driven retention programs to drive revenue.

You'll turn customer data into personalization and measurable results, overseeing phone channels, reporting, and loyalty efforts in a hybrid Barcelona-based office. Fluent English required; European languages a plus.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Salesforce.
• Practical use of AI in CRM/marketing.
• E-commerce background, ideally with telephony/call tracking exposure (Aircall).
• Analytical, hands-on, comfortable owning strategy from design to results.
• Fluent English; other European languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Run and optimize Klaviyo flows and Salesforce lead scoring.
• Build AI-driven workflows: lead scoring, segmentation, next-best-action, predictive reactivation.
• Oversee phone channels: call tracking, missed-call recovery, lead attribution.
• Turn customer data into personalization, reporting, and revenue.
• Own your numbers: conversion, repeat purchase, AOV, CLV, response times.
