Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Sr. Global Alliance Director, Channel and OEM, based in Spain, for a remote-first role that leads the creation of a global partner ecosystem to drive revenue and scale partnerships.

You will own recruitment, activation, commercial frameworks, co-selling, and revenue performance, initially as an IC and later building a global channel org across regions, with executive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in channel sales, reseller partnerships, OEM alliances, or ecosystem development in infra software, AI infra, or cloud tech.
• Executive-level relationships with leadership at VARs and OEMs.
• Strong understanding of partner economics, margins, MDF governance, and deal registration.

Responsibilities

• Develop global channel and OEM strategy across regions.
• Recruit and activate national and regional VARs; manage partner lifecycle and revenue generation.
• Establish OEM partnerships with leading hardware vendors and enable distribution channels.
• Design partner programs, discount tiers, renewal margins, and MDF governance.
• Create co-selling models and joint account plans with sales teams.
• Coordinate ecosystem partners including NVIDIA and ISVs to deliver validated AI solutions.
