Job summary
Jobgether SRL is seeking a Partnership Manager in Spain to drive revenue growth and manage strategic relationships across the programmatic ecosystem. You will own a portfolio of SSPs and DSPs, negotiate terms, and optimize performance across display, video, CTV and audio advertising.
Requirements include 6–10 years in adtech, strong negotiation, analytics, and experience building dashboards. This remote-first role collaborates with Product, Legal, Finance, and Tech teams to maximize partner
Qualifications
- 6–10 years in adtech or programmatic ads.
- Deep knowledge of OpenRTB, header bidding, schain, ads.txt.
- Experience with SSPs/DSPs including Magnite, Index Exchange, AdX.
- Strong negotiation and revenue-growth track record.
- Ability to build dashboards and derive insights.
- GDPR/data privacy familiarity.
- Fluent English and French preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage global portfolio of SSPs and DSPs.
- Lead revenue growth and performance optimization.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Legal, Finance.
- Oversee onboarding and partner integration.
- Ensure privacy and data protection compliance.
- Develop dashboards to monitor revenue health.
