Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Commercial Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Spain. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership, director-level, and business-critical roles across Commercial, Operations, and Support functions in an international setting.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate objectives into hiring strategies, manage complex searches, and coach colleagues to strengthen sourcing and assessment capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering senior, complex, and business-critical hires across commercial functions.
• Hands-on player-coach with ability to coach colleagues and improve team capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence over senior decision-makers.
• Experience with Greenhouse and recruitment metrics for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and specialist roles across Commercial, Operations, and Support.
• Translate business objectives into clear hiring strategies with role scope and compensation inputs.
• Develop targeted sourcing via market mapping and direct outreach to reach high-caliber talent.
• Coach Talent Acquisition colleagues and support priority vacancies with practical guidance.
• Collaborate with TA leadership to prioritize hiring needs and improve team delivery.
• Maintain recruitment data and provide visibility on progress and challenges.
