Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering with a company to fill a Partnership Manager - Demand based in Spain. You will lead strategic relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and key programmatic partners across Display, Video, CTV, and Audio, driving revenue growth and partner performance.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Demand Operations to resolve challenges, evaluate new partnerships, and scale the demand ecosystem in an international adtech environment.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in adtech or programmatic advertising, especially demand-side operations.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic ecosystem: Prebid, header bidding, OpenRTB, schain, ads.txt.
• Proven ability to manage strategic partner relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Ability to translate data into actionable optimization plans and growth strategies.
• Fluency in French and English for international partner communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and demand partners.
• Set revenue targets and track monthly/yearly performance; identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze bid dynamics, QPS alignment, formats, and PMP opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Lead commercial negotiations, terms, and performance conditions with partners.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, TAM and Demand Ops to resolve issues and drive growth.
• Prepare structured briefs for integration teams and evaluate new partnership opportunities.
• Develop dashboards to monitor partner revenue, discrepancies, and health.
