Job summary

Jobgether SRL is partnering with a fast-growing technology company seeking a Senior People Partner in Spain. You will partner with senior leaders to strengthen leadership, performance standards, and people practices across functions.

You will enable managers, drive inclusivity, and leverage people analytics to improve organizational effectiveness in a remote-first environment that values autonomy and transparency.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in People Partnering or senior HR roles with influencing responsibilities.
• Qualified HR professional with SHRM or CIPD or equivalent.
• Experience coaching managers on goal setting, feedback, and performance management.
• Ability to lead complex employee relations cases with sound judgment.
• Experience with PM frameworks including calibration sessions and goal setting.
• Knowledge of employment law in at least one jurisdiction (UK/US/Germany).
• Proven track record in organizational design and workforce planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience partnering with Product, Finance or tech teams in SaaS.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on performance, engagement, and development across departments.
• Coach through difficult conversations, conflict resolution, and feedback delivery.
• Develop manager resources, playbooks, toolkits, and trainings.
• Support full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, reviews, retention, exits.
• Lead performance management processes and ensure regular feedback.
• Handle sensitive employee relations cases with proper documentation.
• Maintain and improve people policies across geographies.
• Interpret engagement surveys and translate into actionable initiatives.
• Support organizational change initiatives and successful adoption.
• Provide data-informed recommendations to align people decisions with business goals.
