Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Recruitment Lead based in Spain. Take ownership of recruitment excellence in a fully remote, international environment, guiding a team of Recruitment Specialists and coaching on assessments, client communication, and hiring outcomes.

You will work directly with founders to oversee pipelines, drive performance metrics, and shape recruitment practices, with hands-on searches and potential progression to Recruitment Manager as the team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or high-growth environments.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters is a strong advantage.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with clear decision explanations.
• Ability to provide direct, constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Excellent client-facing communication, including written updates and calls.
• Experience recruiting across diverse functions (marketing, sales, creative, operations).
• Experience supporting remote-first or distributed teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment team, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance across hiring activities.
• Coach Recruitment Specialists, observe interviews, and provide targeted feedback to improve evaluation.
• Attend client interviews, share notes, and translate observations into actionable feedback.
• Manage weekly team performance scoreboard and monitor active pipelines for delays.
• Provide clients with timely written updates on open positions through to offer acceptance.
• Oversee handover to People Lead after offers and identify new hiring opportunities.
