Advantere School of Management in Madrid seeks a Recruitment and Admissions Manager to own the recruitment pipeline, drive enrollment, and collaborate with Marketing and academic teams. The role involves presenting to prospective students, coordinating interviews, and building international partnerships.

The position requires strong English and Spanish, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage events, webinars, and travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, or client relationship roles.
• Experience in Higher Education industry or related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Commercial judgment and ability to guide conversations to next steps.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, with accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the recruitment pipeline, from inquiry to enrollment, meeting targets.
• Build relationships with prospective students through calls, meetings, and follow‑ups.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans for programs and markets with Marketing collaboration.
• Review applications, conduct admissions interviews, coordinate with academic and admin teams.
• Plan and deliver presentations, webinars, and recruitment events with vendors and logistics.
• Represent Advantere internationally; build partnerships with universities, alumni, and events.
• Maintain CRM records, report recruitment performance, and apply market insights to improve outcomes.
• Support colleagues during peak periods and travel.
