IESE Business School is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support the MiM/MiF Admissions team. The role focuses on attracting and converting top international candidates, managing leads, and optimizing workflows to accelerate enrollment.

As a temporary 3-month position, you will coordinate events, nurture inquiries, and track pipeline progress while collaborating with directors, faculty, and alumni across time zones.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in Premium Customer Success, Sales, Hospitality & Event Operations, or Higher Education / Student Affairs.
• CRM experience required, with strong service orientation.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and information systems.
• Proactive mindset and autonomous work style.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate regional recruitment events with Associate Directors.
• Nurture leads via targeted emails and follow-ups to convert interest to applications.
• Prepare regional pipeline summaries and competitor analyses for the commercial team.
• Provide operational support during corporate presentations and networking events.
• Track candidate progression in the CRM and identify bottlenecks in the admissions pipeline.
• Validate submitted portfolios ensuring compliance before Admissions Committee review.
• Schedule interviews across time zones and match candidates with faculty and alumni.
• Organize logistics for virtual and on-campus admissions events to present a premium brand experience.
• Prepare and distribute admissions packets and onboarding materials for new intakes.
