IE University is seeking an Admissions Advisor (Temporary) to join the Madrid-based Admissions team at IE Tower. You will manage the admissions process for global candidates and support standout applicants through the application journey.

Join a dynamic, multicultural team and contribute to delivering an outstanding admissions experience across on campus and virtual events, while building relationships with IE departments and international offices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree desirable.
• 1–2 years of experience in admissions or customer service.
• Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
• Valid work permit for Spain.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Strong communication and proactive approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective students and families, in person and by phone.
• CRM management: data entry into admissions database and tracking enrollment documents.
• Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries as primary contact.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance admissions experience.
• Support on-campus events (Open Days) and off-campus events (Admissions days, Fairs).
• Assist applicants through the admission and enrollment process.
• Collaborate with IE departments and international offices to maintain team reputation.
• Be available to work one Saturday morning every 8–9 weeks.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Admissions Advisor will involve:

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective students and their families, both in person and on the telephone.
• CRM management: data entry into admissions database, tracking of application documents, enrolment documents, etc.
• Primary responsibility for telephone and walk-in enquiries.
• Pro-active and continuous process improvement to ensure that IE students receive the very best admissions experience.
• Support and active participation in the on-campus events (Open Days, Open Houses, School visits…) and off campus events (Admissions days, Fairs, etc.).
• Active support to all applicants in the admission and enrolment process.
• Support teammates as necessary to build team-oriented environment and contribute ideas to innovative team atmosphere, to ensure continuous improvement, excellent experience and outstanding reputation of part-time programs team.
• Work diligently to build relationships and communicate efficiently with relevant departments and international offices across IE, to ensure evolution of team reputation and profile.
• Availability to work one Saturday morning per 8/9 weeks.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor´s Degree desirable.
• 1-2 years of experience.
• Advanced English and Spanish speaker.
• In possession of a valid work permit for Spain.
• Highly client focused.
• Highly proactive.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent process management and continuous improvement skills.
• Strong team player.
• CRM experience preferred.
