Bosch Service Solutions in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers of our global mobility and IoT offerings. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and letters, provide product information, guide users through apps and connected devices, and uphold the company’s standards of service.

Fluency in German (C2) and English is required, familiarity with tech and a collaborative mindset help.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries with empathy
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• People Person - you enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
• Tech savvy and analytical
• C2 level in German, Fluency in English. Interviews might be in English or German. Initial training is 100% in English.
• Candidates must be based in Barcelona and hold a NIE number.
