Webfleet is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Barcelona team. You will identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues across channels, keeping the customer at the heart of every interaction.

Requirements include experience in a similar role, fluent German and English, and CRM experience (SalesForce). We offer a hybrid setup with home-office allowances and health benefits.

Formación

• German-speaking with fluent English communication
• Experience in a similar customer support role
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide product information and technical support through phone and email
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly with a focus on satisfaction
• Proactively manage customer expectations
• Update CRM with all customer interactions in SalesForce
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complete answers
