Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. seeks a Customer Representative (German-speaking) for a remote role based in Spain. You will handle incoming customer interactions in German (with English support), addressing inquiries for fashion brands and ensuring timely resolutions.

Full-time position with comprehensive training, bonus opportunities, and a clear career development path. Remote from Spain, with a 39-hour work week and a temp contract.

Qualificações

• Proficient or bilingual in German plus an advanced level of English.
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
• Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand customers’ needs.
• Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming customer calls via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other alerts and resolve users' demands.
• Take incoming calls from boutiques and shops and resolve demands.
• Log call details into call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain product knowledge and expertise related to applications for individual customers.
