Virtuagym is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for DACH & International markets, based in Spain. You will support German- and English-speaking customers, drive long-term satisfaction, and contribute to growth across diverse accounts.

The role is remote, full-time, and involves collaborations with global teams. Prior SaaS CS experience is preferred, and you’ll join a fast-paced, health-focused company.

Formación

• Proficiency in written and verbal German (native or near-native) and good English.
• Experience in SaaS/software customer success is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Structured, organized, with good time management and attention to detail.
• Comfort with remote, fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional support to German- and English-speaking customers.
• Resolve issues via email and phone, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Build and nurture customer relationships to improve retention.
• Offer proactive solutions and de-escalate challenging situations.
• Address churn risks and payment-related inquiries; contribute to process improvements.
