CBT is expanding its international sales team and seeks a German-speaking Account Executive to own the outbound pipeline in the DACH region. This fully remote role targets leading eCommerce brands with our AI-powered SaaS solution, from prospecting to close.

You will manage high-velocity, B2B sales with a focus on delivering consistent MRR growth while navigating a fast-paced, international environment. The position offers a permanent contract and a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• Native or near-native German (C1/C2) written and spoken.
• Professional English fluency.
• 1–5+ years in high-activity B2B SaaS sales.
• Eligible to work in Spain (NIE/work permit) and reside in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Full-Cycle Execution: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close B2B SaaS deals in the DACH region.
• Outbound pipeline generation via structured campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn) to ecommerce decision-makers.
• Conduct German product demos linking AI tech to business KPIs.
• Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly MRR targets with CRM hygiene.
