Virtuagym in Spain is seeking a Customer Service Consultant for the DACH & International markets. This full-time, remote role supports our EMEA team and coordinates with product and sales to deliver outstanding service to customers across Europe.

Responsibilities include handling email and phone inquiries, resolving issues, building strong customer relationships, and addressing churn or payment queries. Fluency in German and English is a hard requirement, plus SaaS customer success experience is
