Concentrix in Barcelona onsite is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming contacts via phone, email, chat and other channels, solving users' demands within SLA.

You will maintain product knowledge, log details, escalate issues when needed, and follow project processes. The role requires a proficient or bilingual Italian level and advanced English, plus a customer-focused mindset; training is provided and career development opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Proficient or bilingual Italian level
• Advanced English level
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
• Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand customers’ needs

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming customer contacts (phone, email, chat, other) and resolve user demands
• Log call details onto call management systems and respond within SLA
• Maintain product knowledge related to customer applications
• Escalate potential service issues to the Mentor
• Follow all project processes and ensure SLA is met
