Concentrix seeks a Customer Representative (French-speaking) to join the onsite team in Barcelona. You will handle calls, emails, chats, and other channels, resolving customer demands with a focus on service quality.

The role requires French fluency and advanced English, strong customer care skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining product knowledge. Full-time hours and on-site office support are provided.

Formación

• Fluent in French with advanced English.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to listen to customers’ needs.
• Ability to take ownership of calls and drive resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming customer calls via phone, email, voicemail, chats, or alerts and address user demands.
• Handle calls from boutiques and shops and resolve issues.
• Log call details in management systems and provide timely response within SLA.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applications specific to customers.
