Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Italian-speaking) to join onsite. You will handle customer contacts through phone, email, and chat, providing timely resolutions while maintaining SLA and product knowledge.

Formación

• Proficient or bilingual level of Italian and advanced English.
• Good disposition for a customer service environment.
• Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand customer needs.
• Ability to own calls and progress to resolution or escalation.

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming customer contacts (phone, email, chat, etc.) and resolve user requests.
• Log call details and provide responses within SLA.
• Maintain knowledge of applications and products for customers.
• Escalate issues when needed and follow project processes.
• Follow all project procedures and ensure SLA adherence.
