Revolut at Palma, Mallorca, Spain, is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive fluent in German and English to identify and close high-potential mid-market customers. You’ll match customers to the best plan using our full product suite and drive feature adoption.

Join a fast-paced fintech with a culture of ownership and collaboration. You’ll work with Product and Support to expand relationships and cross-sell, engaging senior decision-makers across organisations.

Formación

• Fluent in English and German with a track record in mid-market sales.
• 1+ years as Sales/BD rep and 3+ years as Account Executive closing deals.
• Experience in fast-paced fintech environments and knowledge of local competitors.
• Strong relationship-building with C-suite and other senior stakeholders.
• Able to collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Support teams.

Responsabilidades

• Activate new customers in the mid-market segment.
• Prospect mid-market accounts based on turnover, employees, industry, etc.
• Conduct Discovery and Qualification during sign-up and guide customers.
• Collaborate with Product Sales Executives to deepen relationships and cross-sell.
