ADM Value Barcelona seeks a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to be the main point of contact for customers seeking information and assistance with bookings and visits to a major theme park in Paris.

You will handle reservations, provide accurate information, plan visits, and resolve issues with empathy while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent German language skills, strong communication and teamwork within an international environment in Barcelona.

Qualifications

• German language at C2 level (written and spoken).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation and commitment to high service quality.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to understand and resolve customer needs.
• Comfort using computers, CRM systems and digital tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
• Willingness to work according to the project's shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide German-speaking customer support for bookings and visits at the Paris theme park.
• Handle reservations enquiries, modifications and cancellations per procedures.
• Offer accurate information about tickets, opening hours, attractions, shows and services.
• Assist customers with visit planning to ensure a smooth experience.
• Identify needs, resolve enquiries and handle complaints empathetically.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and professionalism.
• Record interactions and update data in internal CRM systems.
• Follow internal procedures and data protection standards.
