ADM Value Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an international team supporting visitors to a major theme park in Paris. You will be the main contact for German-speaking customers, handling bookings, answering questions and resolving issues with empathy.

This permanent, full-time role offers a 39-hour week, 32 days of annual leave, structured onboarding, and a multicultural Barcelona-based workplace.

Formación

• German language at C2 level (written and spoken).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and empathy.
• Problem-solving ability to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Proficient with computers and CRM systems.
• Team player ready to work in an international environment.
• Flexible to shift schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Handle German inquiries and provide professional support.
• Assist customers with bookings, modifications and cancellations.
• Offer information on tickets, opening hours, attractions and services.
• Help visitors plan their park experience for smooth visits.
• Record interactions and update customer records in CRM.
