Factorial HR is hiring a Call Center Agent for the German market in Barcelona. You will be the frontline representative, handling inquiries with a customer-centric approach and delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities include handling calls/chats/tickets, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed records in the CRM. Fluency in German is required, with additional language versatility a plus. The role offers growth in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Native German is required.
• Experience in a contact center is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM software or call center tools is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming calls, chats and tickets from customers and provide accurate information.
• Resolve issues by identifying solutions, escalating when needed, and following up until resolution.
• Deliver exceptional service to maintain customer satisfaction and positive experience.
• Develop knowledge of Factorial's products, services and policies to address inquiries effectively.
• Record details and resolutions accurately in the CRM or ticketing system.
• Meet quality standards and KPIs, including CSAT and SLA adherence.
