We are looking for a German-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to support new advertisers and help them successfully launch and optimize their first Google Ads campaigns.

You will work with German-speaking SMB clients, guiding them through the onboarding journey, ensuring a strong campaign setup, and helping them achieve measurable business results in a fast-paced, international tech environment.

Responsibilities

Onboard new German-speaking advertisers on Google Ads

Manage a portfolio of newly acquired clients during their first campaigns

Conduct onboarding calls and strategic consultations

Analyze client needs and business goals to recommend tailored Google Ads solutions

Support campaign setup, structure, targeting, and optimization

Educate clients on best practices, performance metrics, and optimization strategies

Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term account success

Work toward individual and team performance targets

Requirements

Native or C2 level German

Professional working level of English (B2 minimum)

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, online advertising, sales, or account management

Interest in Google Ads, PPC, and online marketing

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Analytical mindset and client-oriented approach

EU passport or valid EU work permit required
