Approach People Recruitment is seeking a Sales Executive – German Speaking to join our client in Madrid. You will convert inbound and outbound leads, deliver tailored fintech solutions, and guide clients through onboarding while ensuring a premium experience.

Native German (C2) and fluent English (B2/C1) are required, with 1–3 years in sales or business development. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment and contribute to ambitious growth goals.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of sales, business development, or customer acquisition experience.
• Experience in sales within financial services, tech, SaaS, or BPO.
• Native German with fluent English (B2/C1) and excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Engage with potential clients who register online, providing product information and onboarding support.
• Proactively reach out to leads via outbound calls to promote services and identify client needs.
• Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system and monitor sales metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to optimize lead generation and conversion campaigns.
