Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Accounts Executive in Madrid, Spain, to manage the full sales cycle from contact to close and oversee free trials. You will drive revenue through high-volume calls (80–100/day), meetings, and careful handover to Customer Experience upon subscription.

The ideal candidate has native German and English, 1–6 years of relevant experience, and resides in Spain. Training is onsite for four weeks in Madrid, with a permanent contract and a hybrid model

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual proficiency in German
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English
• 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (e.g., BDR, SDR, call center, outbound prospecting)
• Mandatory residence in Spain
• Comfortable with cold-calling and strong KPI/metrics orientation
• Availability aligned with US time zone

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close
• Conduct client meetings and manage free trials
• Handle account handover to Customer Experience post-subscription
• Manage a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day, with leads auto-assigned by the system
• Achieve KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated
