Momentum Global is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to guide new clients through onboarding and implementation journeys. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring customers derive maximum value from the product and enjoy a high-quality experience across multiple touchpoints.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams, identify improvement opportunities, and build long-lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced, international SaaS environment.

Formación

• Experience in customer-facing roles (Onboarding, Success, Support, or Account Management).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence delivering training, guidance, or product support to clients.
