Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Corporate Sales Engineer to support our German corporate team, delivering technical demonstrations of the Falcon platform and gathering customer requirements. You will work with sales and pre-sales colleagues to drive POVs, tailor solutions, and articulate the value of our AI-native cybersecurity technology.

This remote role requires native German and business English, a technical background, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Native fluency and business level German and English.
• Proven track record in technical roles with self-direction and organizational excellence.
• Exceptional communication abilities, delivering clear and impactful presentations to both technical and business audiences.
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technical champion in the opportunities.
• Deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations.
• Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message where required.
• Ask open and challenging discovery questions that help uncover pain and drive requirements.
• Run Proof of Values (POV) with approved success criteria demonstrating the benefits and value of the platform.
• Collaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key accounts and their technical product requirements.
• Learn and test different cyber security attack techniques against the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
• Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology and competitive messaging.
• Serve as our customers' primary point of contact for feedback and resolution of issues that require assistance from the Support team.
