Ingram Micro is hiring a Cloud Customer Success Representative to support German partners from Barcelona. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, driving recurring revenue, and ensuring high partner satisfaction within a dynamic cloud environment.

The successful candidate will work under the European Customer Success CoE, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize partner success and platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or relevant additional experience in related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, consulting or customer success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English with native German language skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure partners receive the best customer experience.
• Act as the initial point of contact for accounts in the aligned territory.
• Engage partners regularly and upsell Ingram Micro Cloud offerings to drive subscriptions.
• Contribute to onboarding, issue resolution, and customer success processes.
• Drive customer success strategies and collaborate with sales, vendor management and finance teams.
