Ingram Micro Czech Republic is hiring a Cloud Customer Success Representative to support our German partners in Barcelona. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience to drive recurring revenue, retention, and expansion of strategic vendor lines.

The successful candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, global tech environment and reports to the Manager of European Customer Success CoE.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales orientation with a customer focus.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, consulting or customer success.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant additional experience.
• Attention to detail with expeditious execution and a passion for exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure partners receive the best customer experience possible.
• Act as the Ingram Micro Cloud initial point of contact for accounts in the aligned territory.
• Engage partners regularly and upskill them on new Ingram vendors and offerings to promote subscription retention.
• Contribute to hub/service desk processes for timely onboarding and issue resolution.
• Support awareness of customer success methodologies to drive a partner's strategy.
