Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Cloud Customer Success Representative to support our German partners from Barcelona. You will ensure excellent customer experience, drive recurring revenue, and help optimize partner success in a fast-paced cloud environment.

The role reports to the Manager of European Customer Success CoE, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, engagement, and collaboration to scale platform adoption across the region.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in sales, account management, consulting or customer success.

Responsibilities

• Ensure partners receive best customer experience possible.
• Act as the Ingram Micro Cloud initial point of contact for accounts in the aligned territory.
• Engage partners regularly, upskill on new vendors and offerings to encourage subscription retention.
• Contribute to onboarding, issue resolution and customer success processes.
• Collaborate to share best practices and improve customer experience, revenue and retention.
• Meet KPI targets for partner NRR within the territory.
