Job summary
The Lemon Consulting in Barcelona is hiring a German-speaking Business Development Representative for a full-time hybrid role. The position offers a base salary of €25,440 gross per year plus up to €6,360 gross per year in bonus, relocation support, private health insurance, and ongoing skill development.
The role includes engaging customers, qualifying opportunities, and driving cloud solution sales with a dynamic team.
Qualifications
- German language at C2 level and English at C1.
- BA/BS degree or 2 years equivalent experience.
- Strong cloud computing knowledge with GCP sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet quotas in phone-based sales.
- Experience with outbound IT sales and cold calling.
Responsibilities
- Meet quarterly SQO quota and daily/weekly activity targets.
- Educate customers on Cloud offerings and manage accounts.
- Execute daily outbound calls/emails to C-level decision makers.
- Gather requirements and align business needs with Cloud solutions.
- Maintain data in Salesforce (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities).
- Work towards team and individual KPIs (productivity, pipeline).
- Document customer notes and deal details in Salesforce.
