Job summary

Nordic Jobs Worldwide seeks a Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative to join our client’s team in Barcelona. You will drive outbound prospecting across the EMEA region, qualify opportunities, and present cloud solutions to decision-makers.

Qualifications

• C2 level of Dutch and C1 level of English
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and account management
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and solution selling
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound campaigns
• Execute daily outbound calls and emails, including cold calling to decision-makers
• Qualify prospects, understand business needs, and align them with cloud solutions
• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts
• Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in Salesforce (CRM)
• Work towards individual and team KPIs, including pipeline and conversion targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer journey
• Document all customer interactions and opportunities clearly
