Recruitment Direct is seeking a Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative for the Cloud sector in Barcelona, Spain. This full-time, 39-hour role is hybrid, with a base gross salary of €23,876 plus up to €3,407.56 gross annually in performance-based bonuses.

You will identify and qualify prospects across the Benelux market, conduct daily outbound calls and emails, and position Google Cloud solutions to C-level executives and other decision-makers.

Qualifikationen

• Dutch proficiency at C2 level and English proficiency at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience of at least 20 months.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing, ideally with exposure to GCP.
• Experience with outbound sales prospecting and engaging IT decision-makers.
• Track record of meeting sales quotas and targets.
• Experience managing a substantial portfolio of accounts or prospects.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another enterprise CRM.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand business challenges and position technical solutions.

Aufgaben

• Identify and qualify high-potential prospects across the Benelux market.
• Conduct daily outbound calls, cold calls, and email campaigns targeting C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
• Build rapport with prospective customers, understand their business challenges, and identify opportunities for cloud solutions.
• Meet quarterly SQO targets and daily/weekly activity KPIs.
• Manage assigned accounts and maintain accurate lead, contact, account, and opportunity records in Salesforce.
• Document customer interactions and next steps to ensure effective collaboration with sales teams.
