Job summary

The Lemon Consulting is seeking a Business Developer Representative to generate new business, profile prospects, and uncover customer needs for cloud solutions. You will lead outreach, qualify opportunities, and guide leads through the sales path in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will be the first point of contact for hundreds of businesses in the EMEA region, leveraging outbound campaigns, CRM training, and a collaborative team culture to drive growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or significant equivalent practical experience.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to connect business challenges with technical solutions.
• Experience in IT outbound sales prospecting and effective cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Meet quarterly SQO quota and daily/weekly activity targets.
• Educate prospects on Cloud offerings and identify high-potential opportunities.
• Execute daily outbound calls/emails to C-level decision makers.
• Gather technical requirements and map business needs to Cloud solutions.
• Maintain data in Salesforce (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities).
• Work toward team and individual KPIs and document deal details for stakeholders.
