German‑speaking Business Development Representative – Google Products

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

Contract: Permanent, Full‑time (39h/week)

Salary: €25,440 gross/year + up to €6,360 gross/year bonus

Start date: As soon as possible

About the Role

We’re seeking a high‑energy, results‑driven Business Development Representative to join a fast‑growing project in the digital world, focusing on Google Products. This role is the first point of contact for businesses across EMEA — identifying sales opportunities, engaging potential clients, and guiding them toward tailored solutions via outbound calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota and meet daily/weekly activity targets.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high‑potential prospects.
  • Educate customers on available solutions, matching needs to offers.
  • Execute daily outbound calls and emails (including cold calls), contacting C‑level decision makers.
  • Assess prospects pain points, gather technical requirements, and recommend suitable Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Maintain and update lead, account, and opportunity data in Salesforce CRM.
  • Track and document customer interaction history to ensure continuity in communication and service.
  • Work toward team and individual KPIs such as productivity, conversion rate, and pipeline development.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Native/C2‑level German and strong English (written & spoken).
  • Experience in outbound B2B sales, business development, or IT‑related sales (preferred).li>
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, especially Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working against quota in a phone‑based environment.
  • Solid IT skills to efficiently operate computer systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years in IT outbound sales prospecting.
  • Proven cold calling expertise and portfolio management.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to identify decision makers and navigate complex sales conversations.
  • Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, tenacious personality.
  • Knowledge of local business market and trends.
