Job summary

Shiji Group is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive growth in the DACH market from our Barcelona office. You will schedule online demos, qualify opportunities, and contribute to the sales strategy while engaging with prospects and customers over calls and email.

The ideal candidate is a native German speaker with remote sales experience, a results-driven attitude, and strong communication skills to build rapid rapport on the phone.

Qualifications

• Native level German.
• Experience with remote sales.
• Results driven, proactive and persistent with sales motivation.
• Professional and clear communication over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Schedule online demos and assist sales strategy for the DACH market.
• Identify new business opportunities with the Sales Manager and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Make outbound calls to prospects and customers to qualify and convert new business.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers via calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date.
